| dc.description.abstract | In the current era of globalization, we face dynamic and complex changes that significantly impact our daily lives, interactions, and psychology. This presentation focuses on the psychosocial resources that play a crucial role in the personal and social development of individuals and communities. Rapid technological and social transformations demand adaptability and the ability to effectively respond to new challenges. We will explore how factors such as emotional intelligence, social support, cultural identity, and resilience contribute to overall psychological well-being and personal growth. The discussion will emphasize the interaction between individual and collective psychosocial resources and their influence on community development, highlighting the importance of collaboration and solidarity in a globalized world. We will also examine how these resources can be strengthened through education, community initiatives, and political strategies that promote social cohesion and personal development. In conclusion, we will present practical recommendations for individuals and organizations aimed at enhancing psychosocial resources in the era of globalization, ensuring sustainable development and well-being in a dynamic global environment. | |
