person.bioMustafa Oğuz Tuna joined Ibn Haldun University in 2021 and since has been teaching Energy Law, International Investment Law, International Commercial Law, International Arbitration and International Private Law. He holds LLB and LLM degrees from Istanbul Commerce University and a PhD from the University of Dundee, Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy. He is the editor of Ibn Haldun Law Review and the Dean of the Students.
