    In Hanafi jurisprudential sources, it is said that Tarasūsī spoke first about the permissibility of talfīq. Then Ibn al-Humām mentioned several ambiguous phrases in his books Tahrīr and Fath al-Qadīr, which indicated the permissibility of tatabbu‘ al-rukhos and the non-prohibition of talfīq.
